These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Yes Crystal Wholesale, Port Klang, Selangor. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Who we are Yes Crystal Wholesale, No 48, Lorong Cungah, Kawasan 13, 42000 Port Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. You can reach us on WhatsApp or at hello@yescrystal.my.

2. Who can buy You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this store. Our pricing is wholesale and intended for resellers, retailers and trade buyers, though anyone eligible may order. You confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

3. Your account You are responsible for keeping your password and WhatsApp number secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, abusively, or to resell in breach of these terms.

4. Prices and tier pricing All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. Tier pricing applies automatically once your order reaches the stated quantity for that style, and the tier reached is shown before you pay. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order already paid for.

5. Product descriptions Crystals are natural material. Colour, banding, inclusions, clarity and exact bead size vary between pieces, and screens render colour differently, so photographs are a guide rather than an exact likeness of the piece you receive. Where stone has been dyed, heated or reconstituted we say so. Grades and sizes are our own assessment, applied consistently across our stock.

6. Stock Stock figures are updated as lots are opened and sold, but a piece can sell out between your adding it to the cart and paying. If we cannot fulfil part of an order we will contact you and refund that part in full.

7. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and take payment. We may decline or cancel any order before dispatch, including where stock has run out, where a price or description was listed in obvious error, or where we cannot verify payment.

8. Livestream orders During a TikTok or Shopee livestream our host announces a short code for each item. Entering that code here with the price agreed live reserves the piece for you. Live items are one-off, are sold as seen at the agreed price, and are not listed in the catalogue. An unpaid live order is released back to stock after 48 hours.

9. Payment We accept FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and payments made through Shopee and TikTok Shop. Goods remain our property until paid for in full. We do not see or store your full card or banking credentials; those are handled by the payment provider.

10. Delivery Delivery times, rates and pickup arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, or on collection if you pick up from the warehouse.

11. Returns and cancellation Exchanges, returns, refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law.

12. Resale You may resell what you buy from us. You may not present yourself as an authorised agent, distributor or franchisee of Yes Crystal Wholesale, and you may not use our name or branding to suggest we endorse your business without our written agreement.

13. Our content The photographs, text, product descriptions, layout and branding on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape or republish them for a competing store. Customers may reuse our product photographs to resell the exact pieces they bought from us.

14. Acceptable use Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt this site, and do not use it for anything unlawful. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe this is happening.

15. Our responsibility We take responsibility for loss that we cause and that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not accept responsibility for business losses such as lost profit, lost sales or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Crystals are sold as decorative and collectible items; any wellbeing or metaphysical properties described are traditional beliefs and are not medical advice.

16. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place your order is the version that applies to it. The date at the top shows when we last made a change.

17. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would much rather sort a problem out directly, so please message us first.
